They talk about what should be the realistic expectations for the Cavs and how far away they are from the playoffs. The Refresh talks about the Browns and Cavs collaborating on some meetings and a big UFC fight for Stipe Miocic. "Grind my Gears" has Jerod forget what grinds his gears. The 5 at 5 runs through the guys favorite activities for hot summer days. They wrap up with a discussion on the NBA drug testing policies.

Emmett and Jerod talk about Tristan Thompson's legacy in Cleveland after it seems like he won't play for the Cavs again. They think his jersey should be up in the rafters while Matt disagrees. The Refresh talks about the latest with the MLB negotiations and a fun NFL fantasy draft. Reason or Excuse hears from NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell and Brian Windhorst. Emmett also admits he is not a Bruce Lee fan, which upsets some fans. ESPN Cleveland Browns analyst Tony Grossi joins for the 3rd hour to talk about some of his legendary moments in his career and the NFL fantasy draft from ESPN.

The Next Level react to the Hue Jackson interview on RBS by talking about if he is being treated fairly by Browns fans and who is most to blame for 1-31. They talk about the team and Sashi Brown's involvement. The Refresh hears from Jackson and talks about the re-opening of Cedar Point. The guys also replay a chunk of the interview with Hue. ESPN Cleveland Browns analyst Tony Grossi joins for the 3rd hour to give his thoughts on the Hue interview and another edition of "Yo Anthony".

The Next Level react to Drew Brees' apology after his comments about players kneeling for the National Anthem. The guys continue the conversation about the state of the country and sports when it comes to racism. The Refresh talks about the NBA returning and the fact the Cavs won't be playing. "Kinda Trippin" talks about mayor Frank Jackson's recent comment before the guys talk about their thoughts on what he said. The "5 at 5" goes over the guys five favorite songs. They talk a little about who will call plays for the Browns and Baker Mayfield stepping up in the Browns meeting rooms.
